At Dr. Gregory Shifrin, OB/GYN, PC, we know that pregnancy is one of the most wonderful and one of the most stressful times in a woman's life.
We strive to make sure that our patients’ pregnancy – and their delivery – go as smoothly as possible.
Our rigorous standard of care does not waver over the duration of our patients' pregnancy, through to their delivery and the postpartum period. Each aspect of our patients' health is meticulously monitored, and our highly experienced physicians have over 40 years combined experience in dealing with any issues which may occur during pregnancy and delivery.
While other OB/GYNs will take a patient's calls only once every few days, when it's convenient for them, and might be there for their patient's delivery if it fits their schedule, we do things a little differently. Once you come to any of our wonderful physicians for a visit, we are confident that you will want them to oversee your pregnancy in its entirety. That's why our pregnant patients are taken care of by one doctor - their doctor - from start to finish. If you have a question during your pregnancy, or any complications, your doctor will be there for you, to help you personally. Moreover, your doctor will be there for your delivery, day or night, rain or shine. After all, who better to help you in that most critical moment than the doctor who's been with you the whole way? Our patients are extremely important to us, and our physicians pride themselves on providing expert, compassionate, personalized care to ensure the best possible outcome for your pregnancy.
Our physicians deliver at New York Presbyterian Hospital's Weill Cornell Medical Center, in Manhattan, as well as Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, two hospitals recognized for their outstanding records of patient care, satisfaction, and comfort.
